On 24 September 2026, China Shengmu Organic Milk Limited announced that its 2026 Interim Report is now available in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (http://www.shengmuorganicmilk.com) and on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s HKEXnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk). Registered shareholders who have arranged to receive printed materials will find a hard copy enclosed with the notice.

Shareholders may request, at no cost, a printed copy in English, Chinese or both languages by returning the completed Change Request Form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. The form can also be downloaded from the company’s website or HKEXnews.

The company allows investors to switch at any time between receiving physical documents and viewing an online version. To modify language preferences or the method of receipt for future corporate communications, shareholders should complete Part B of the Change Request Form and return it using the pre-paid mailing label (postage-free within Hong Kong).
