GAODI HOLDINGS (01676) Enters into Non-legally Binding Memorandum of Cooperation with China Digital Intelligence

GAODI HOLDINGS (01676) announced that on January 30, 2026, the Company entered into a non-legally binding memorandum of cooperation with China Digital Intelligence Technology Group Company Limited (China Digital Intelligence).

Pursuant to the memorandum, both parties have agreed to jointly establish a project company, which will be exclusively responsible for operating the cooperative business.

China Digital Intelligence will provide technical services in the following areas: developing public blockchains, e-wallets, blockchain explorers, and cryptocurrency trading platforms for clients; and offering consultancy services related to obtaining cryptocurrency exchange licenses.

The Group is principally engaged in food sales and the provision of catering services in China.

The Group is actively developing its business in areas such as blockchain technology and exploring innovative initiatives to enhance its competitiveness and shareholder value.

The Board of Directors believes that the digital currency sector is in a phase of rapid development, and the integration of digital/virtual currencies with fintech aligns with the innovative trends in the global financial market.

Exploring potential investment opportunities is consistent with the Group's strategic direction of seeking digital commercial opportunities and promoting business diversification.
