消息面上，汇通达网络发布公告称，公司与关联方南京汇得福签署股权转让协议，以2538万元出售子公司汇通数科26.7143%股权。交易完成后，汇通达网络仍持有汇通数科51%股权，后者继续作为附属公司并纳入合并报表范围。据悉，受让方南京汇得福由汇通达网络执行董事孙超持股80%，为今年4月10日成立的汇通数科管理团队的持股平台。
公开资料显示，汇通数科是汇通达网络AI与SaaS战略的核心载体，专注于为下沉市场的夫妻店、中小品牌商及零售商提供数字化解决方案。公告称，此次股权转让旨在通过股权激励机制绑定核心AI及技术人才，激发管理团队创新效能。汇通达网络强调，股权激励将强化汇通数科在AI算法、SaaS产品研发等领域的竞争力。有分析认为，此举或为汇通达网络优化子公司治理结构，同时为后续引入战略投资者铺垫。
