红星冷链（湖南）股份有限公司（01641）8月7日公告称，根据对集团截至2026年6月30日止六个月的未经审计综合管理账目的初步评估，预计期内将录得净利润约人民币9.0百万元至人民币10.0百万元，同比2025年同期的约人民币39.7百万元下降约74%至77%。\n\n公司将利润下滑主要归因于三方面因素：一是宏观经济放缓叠加行业去库存压力，使新鲜及冷冻猪肉产品持续出现价格倒挂，冷冻产品交易商套利空间收窄，仓储需求随之减少，导致仓库利用率及收入下降；二是公司推出店铺租金优惠及物流运输成本补贴以支持商家运营，压缩了毛利空间；三是将上市所得款项由港元兑换成人民币时产生汇兑亏损，进一步影响净利润。\n\n公司表示，相关数据尚未经过独立核数师及/或审核委员会审阅，最终中期业绩可能有所调整。公司提醒股东及潜在投资者在买卖公司股份时保持审慎。
