Prudential reports no share issuances under three employee schemes in interim review

Prudential plc announced the results of its block listing interim review for the period from May, 01 2025 to Oct, 31 2025.

Under the Prudential Sharesave Plan 2023, the company reported no shares were issued, leaving 1,130,794 unallotted ordinary shares of 5 pence each.

For the Prudential Long Term Incentive Plan 2023 and the Prudential Agency Long Term Incentive Plan, no shares were issued during the period, with 498,152 ordinary shares of 5 pence each remaining unallotted.

The Prudential International Savings-Related Share Option Scheme and its non-employee equivalent also recorded no share issuances, leaving 49,267 ordinary shares of 5 pence each unallotted.
