Easou Tech Repurchases 1.18 Million Shares, Cuts Free-Float by 0.26%

On 05 June 2026, Easou Technology Holdings Limited executed an on-market buyback of 1.18 million ordinary shares, reducing its issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) from 450.68 million to 449.50 million. The repurchased stock, acquired at a volume-weighted average price of HKD 1.75 and a price range of HKD 1.72–1.75, was retained as treasury shares. Total cash outlay amounted to HKD 2.06 million.

Following the transaction, Easou Tech’s treasury share balance increased to 2.55 million, while total issued shares remained unchanged at 452.05 million. The buyback represents 0.26 % of the company’s pre-transaction issued share count.

The purchase was made under the repurchase mandate approved on 27 June 2025, which authorises the company to repurchase up to 32.89 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 2.55 million shares, equating to 0.78 % of the issued shares at the mandate date.

In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, Easou Tech is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or the sale or transfer of treasury shares until 05 July 2026.
