通达宏泰控股有限公司（股票代码：02363）发布公告称，董事会获一般授权可回购不超过公司于股东大会通过决议当日已发行股本10%的股份。根据2026年4月9日的最后可行日期，通达宏泰已发行股本为204,224,073股，若回购全数则涉及约20,422,407股。
公告指出，购回资金将依据开曼群岛公司法及香港联交所上市规则，从公司可合法用于回购的内部资源或其他合规途径拨付。董事会表示，若在市价偏离公司基本价值时进行回购，有助于提升股东回报并优化资本结构。公司股价于过去12个月的区间大致在每股0.260港元至0.440港元。
公司董事会认为，上述授权符合公司及股东的整体利益。通达宏泰将于2026年5月7日上午9时30分在香港召开股东周年大会，并于5月4日至5月7日（包括首尾两日）暂停办理股份过户登记。
