全球顶级投资机构黑石集团宣布与宾夕法尼亚州公用事业巨头PPL组建合资企业，共同投资该州新建天然气发电设施。此次战略合作将依托宾夕法尼亚州占全美产量两成的低成本天然气资源优势，构建支撑人工智能发展与再工业化进程的能源战略枢纽。
根据规划，这项历时十年的建设项目预计每年将创造或维持逾6000个就业岗位，项目投运后还将提供3000余个长期职位。黑石及其合作伙伴QTS将重点强化数字化和能源基础设施建设，通过整合电力输送与数据中心运营网络，构建覆盖全产业链的能源生态系统。
值得注意的是，宾州丰富的页岩气资源将为数据中心集群提供稳定电力保障。黑石基础设施合伙人表示，此次合作深度契合宾州经济发展战略，通过资本赋能加速能源转型与数字基建的融合创新，为美国制造业回流提供核心能源支撑。
