2026年9月29日，中国旭阳集团（01907）发布翌日披露报表公告，披露于香港联交所场内购回公司股份的最新情况。根据公告，公司于2026年9月29日回购普通股股份50万股，占当日回购前已发行股本的约0.01177%。回购价格介乎每股港币1.62至1.625港元，合计涉资约81.16万港元（811,625港元）。回购完成后，公司未注销的已发行股份数降至4,248,358,000股，库存股份数则增至205,828,000股，合计总股本保持在4,454,186,000股。
公告显示，公司于2026年5月29日的股东周年大会上获授权，可回购最多427,861,500股股份。本次回购前，公司已根据该授权累计回购30,257,000股，约占股东周年大会通过回购授权当日已发行股本的0.70717%。公司确认已遵守《香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则》及其他相关法律法规，并表示交易完成后，自2026年9月29日起至10月29日，期间将暂缓发行新股、出售或转让任何库存股份，除非获得联交所批准。
