Progressive Path Group Holdings Limited released its 2026 Annual Report, AGM Circular, Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Proxy Form on 21 July 2026.

All documents—available in both English and Chinese—can now be accessed through the company’s website (www.ppgh.com.hk) and Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing’s HKEXnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk).

The board is encouraging shareholders to review the web-based versions to streamline communications. Registered shareholders who have previously elected to receive hard-copy corporate communications will find printed sets enclosed with the notice.

Shareholders encountering difficulties with e-mail notifications or online access may request printed copies of current and future corporate communications at no cost. A completed Change Request Form should be returned to Tricor Investor Services Limited, the company’s Hong Kong branch share registrar, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or e-mailed to 1581-ecom@vistra.com.

To ensure uninterrupted electronic delivery, shareholders must provide and maintain a functional e-mail address. Without a valid e-mail on file, the company will dispatch hard-copy notices and actionable documents until updated details are supplied.

Enquiries can be directed to Tricor’s hotline on (852) 2980 1333, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.

The notification was issued by Chairman and Executive Director Wu Wing Hang on behalf of the board.
