佳兆业集团（01638）3月24日晚间发布盈利预告称，根据截至2025年12月31日止年度的未经审计管理账目及目前可得资料，集团预计本年度归属于母公司股东的净利润不少于500亿元。相比之下，集团2024年度录得归母净亏损285亿元。公司由亏转盈的主要原因是本年度确认了境外债务重组收益。
公告指出，若剔除境外债务重组收益的影响，集团预计2025年度仍将录得归母净亏损，主要由于受市场环境影响导致确认收入下降，以及物业项目减值计提拨备增加。
佳兆业集团表示，目前2025年度综合业绩尚未最终落实，相关数据仍未经过独立核数师及审计委员会审核。公司计划于2026年3月31日披露经审核的年度业绩，并提醒股东及潜在投资者在买卖公司证券时保持审慎。
