公告显示，回购完成后，公司已发行股本变更为1,502,835,997股，库存股数量增至386,400股。公司于2025年5月27日获股东大会批准的回购授权可回购股份最多150,322,239股，截至公告日累计已回购386,400股。公司确认已遵守香港联交所上市规则及相关法律法规，公告由公司秘书陈德兴签署。
