Centurion Corporation Limited (OU8) said on Oct, 14 2025 that it has purchased a land parcel at William Road, Euston, in central London’s Zone 1 for about 71 million Singapore dollars.
The site will be redeveloped into an estimated 225-bed purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) under the group’s premium “EPIISOD” brand, with completion planned to include studio and en-suite cluster units plus communal facilities spread over 14 storeys.
The acquisition was carried out through the company’s wholly owned unit, Centurion Overseas Investments, in a joint venture with U.S. real-estate firm Landmark Properties. Centurion holds 99 per cent of the venture, while Landmark owns the remaining 1 per cent.
The move marks Centurion’s entry into London, its sixth city in the United Kingdom portfolio, and follows the September listing of Centurion Accommodation REIT, which freed up capital for new investments, the company said.
