ALMANA announced that shareholders approved a special resolution to change the company’s name at the Special General Meeting (SGM) held on 28 May 2026 in Hong Kong.
A total of 113.87 million shares were eligible to vote. Of the votes cast, 62.04 million shares—representing 100% of those voted—supported the name-change proposal, with zero votes against. As the approval exceeded the required 50% threshold, the resolution was duly passed.

All members of the board, including Co-Chairmen Cheung Chi Wing and Jin Guangwu, attended the meeting. The company confirmed there were no treasury shares, voting restrictions, or stated shareholder objections.
