TAKBO GROUP (08436) announced that Ms. Huang Wanqi has resigned as the company secretary, effective from November 28, 2025. Ms. Wu Weiqin has been appointed as the new company secretary, effective from the same date.
The Board also announced changes to the composition of the Nomination Committee, effective November 28, 2025: Executive Director Mr. Ke Xuan has stepped down as a member of the Nomination Committee, while Executive Director Ms. Chen Kaixin has been appointed as a new member.
