China Wood International Holding Co., Limited on 14 August 2026 published its prospectus for a forthcoming rights issue on the basis of one Rights Share for every one existing share held on the as-yet-unspecified record date.

English and Chinese versions of the prospectus and the accompanying provisional allotment letter are now available on both the company’s website (www.chinawoodint.com.hk) and the HKEX news portal (www.hkexnews.hk). Management “strongly recommends” shareholders to access the electronic documents.

Non-registered shareholders who experience difficulties accessing the online materials—or who prefer physical copies—may obtain printed versions free of charge by completing the enclosed request form and returning it to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or by emailing 1822-ecom@vistra.com.

Future corporate communications will be distributed electronically unless shareholders instruct otherwise. Notices of online publication will be sent only if valid email or postal details are provided by custodians, brokers, banks, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited. The chosen mode of receipt will remain in force until shareholders notify the registrar in writing or until 31 December 2028, whichever comes first.
