拓璞数控(07688)发布公告称，公司董事会已通过一般授权，拟在股东特别大会审议并通过相关决议案后，于授权有效期内按不超过当日已发行且未被回购的H股股份总数10%的规模回购H股。公司可视实际市场环境及资本需求，将回购的H股注销或作为库存股份予以持有。
根据公告，截至2026年7月9日，拓璞数控共发行381,272,404股H股。公司有意以中国法律法规和公司章程所允许的内部资金，并在符合香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则、相关监管机构批准及中国法律要求的前提下完成回购计划。董事会指出，此项回购旨在优化公司资本结构、提升股东回报，认为该授权符合公司及股东整体利益。
另外，公司提及，拓璞数控H股自2026年5月20日上市至2026年7月9日期间，最高股价为每股49.98港元，最低股价为每股19.60港元。公司计划于2026年7月29日（星期三）上午10时整以混合方式召开股东特别大会，审议回购授权相关决议，并于7月24日至7月29日期间暂停办理股票过户。股东欲行使表决权，需在7月23日16时30分前办理过户手续。董事会呼吁股东留意相关时间安排，确保能投票表决。公司同时告知，已就此次回购向相关监管部门提出申请，待审批后方可实施。拓璞数控表示，将在法律和合规框架内实施股份回购。
