2026年7月22日，华润燃气（股票代码：01193）发布翌日披露报表，宣布于香港联交所场内回购普通股45.47万股，约占公司已发行股本的0.01965%。本次回购价格介乎每股15.72港元至15.80港元，合计耗资约717.62万港元。
根据公告，回购完成后，公司已发行股本总数维持2,314,012,871股，目前没有任何库藏股。此次回购基于公司于2026年5月28日获得的购回授权，授权总数为231,401,287股。公司已根据该授权在港交所或其他证券交易所累计购回股票15,179,100股，占授权通过当日公司已发行股本的0.656%。
公司表示，本次回购符合香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律规定。上述公告由公司秘书欧启贤签署。
