EMPEROR INT'L (00163) has announced that Deloitte has decided to resign as the company's auditor, effective April 10, 2026. The Board of Directors further announced that, after considering the recommendation of the company's audit committee, it has resolved to appoint Grant Thornton (Hong Kong) CPA Limited as the company's new auditor. The appointment will take effect on April 10, 2026, to fill the casual vacancy, and will last until the conclusion of the company's next annual general meeting.
