Jiading International Group Holdings Limited will convene its 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 30 September 2026 at 11:00 a.m. in Central, Hong Kong. Key items up for shareholder approval are as follows.

1. Financial Statements Shareholders will vote on the adoption of the audited consolidated financial statements and the reports of directors and the auditor for the fiscal year ended 31 March 2026.

2. Board Composition • Re-election of four directors: – Mr. Chan Pak Sam (Executive Director) – Mr. Long Xueqing (Non-executive Director) – Mr. Lui Chi Kin (Independent Non-executive Director) – Ms. Li Hiu Wah (Independent Non-executive Director)

3. Remuneration and Auditor • Authorisation for the board to determine directors’ remuneration. • Re-appointment of ZHONGHUI ANDA CPA Limited as external auditor.

4. Share Capital Mandates • General mandate authorising the board to allot, issue and deal with additional shares up to 20% of the Company’s issued share capital, with an extension of up to 10% corresponding to any shares repurchased. • Separate mandate permitting the Company to repurchase up to 10% of its own issued shares on the Stock Exchange or other recognised bourses. • Ancillary resolution empowering directors to apply the issue mandate to shares repurchased under the buy-back mandate.

5. Administrative Details The share register will be closed from 28 to 30 September 2026 (both days inclusive). Shareholders intending to attend and vote must lodge transfer documents with Tricor Investor Services Limited by 4:30 p.m. on 25 September 2026.

As of the notice date (9 September 2026), the board comprises Executive Directors Mr. Chan Tat Lin and Mr. Chan Pak Sun; Non-executive Director Mr. Long Xueqing; and Independent Non-executive Directors Mr. Lui Chi Kin, Mr. Shin Ho Chuen and Ms. Li Hiu Wah.
