训修实业集团有限公司（股票代码：01962）于2026年5月20日发布翌日披露报表，公告了当日注销两笔已回购股份的事项。
训修实业分别在2026年1月21日与2026年5月14日完成了回购，并于2026年5月20日一并注销。其中，首笔回购股份数量为607.80万股，占当时公司已发行股本约0.9554%，回购单价为每股0.52港元，总金额为316.06万港元；第二笔回购股份数量为205.80万股，占当时公司已发行股本约0.3235%，回购单价为每股0.4696港元，总金额为96.64万港元。两次回购合计数量为813.60万股，共耗资约412.70万港元。
本次注销完成后，公司已发行股本从636,182,000股减少至628,046,000股，库藏股数量保持在零。公司表示，本次回购及注销事宜符合法律法规及香港联合交易所有限公司的相关上市规则。
