据媒体报道， 特朗普媒体科技集团 计划募资30亿美元，所筹资金将直接用于购买比特币等加密货币，操作方式类似美股上市公司 Strategy ，靠融资疯狂买币，把自己变成“另类加密资产ETF”。
根据媒体披露，DJT计划包括增发20亿美元股票，再发10亿美元可转债。
媒体援引知情人士消息透露，原本计划的募集规模最近几周扩大了，因为投资人兴趣非常强烈。不过，目前融资的条款、时间和金额仍有可能变动。
预计该计划可能会在本周拉斯维加斯大型加密会议前宣布，特朗普儿子小唐纳德、埃里克、以及“特朗普的加密货币沙皇”David Sachs和副总统候选人万斯都将出席该会议。
