消息面上，近日，天岳先进披露2026年首季度业绩，华源证券指出，公司26Q1实现营业收入3.66亿元；毛利率19.12%，环比增长25.01%。根据日本富士经济于2026年3月发布的报告测算，2025年全球导电型碳化硅衬底材料市场中公示天岳先进市场份额为27.6%，位居全球第一，其中8英寸市场份额为51.3%。该行认为，8英寸的稳定量产及12英寸的前瞻布局有望让公司在下一个时代的竞争中掌握先机。
华源证券续指，当前6英寸SiC衬底价格底部逐渐回暖、8英寸衬底则作为新的增长引擎开始放量。据晶升股份公开投资者交流记录显示，碳化硅衬底价格呈现结构性上涨，6英寸产品价格较大幅度反弹，8英寸价格则止跌企稳并小幅上涨，部分衬底厂商已收到其下游客户的新增订单需求。公司具备全球领先的规模化量产能力，2025年度公司碳化硅产品折合69.04万片，同比增长68.31%。
