PROSPER ONE International Holdings (01470) announced that Ms. Huang Huizhu has resigned from her position as an executive director, effective December 31, 2025. Ms. Meng Zichao has been appointed as an executive director, also effective from December 31, 2025. The Board of Directors also announced the following changes taking effect on December 31, 2025: Ms. Huang will cease to be a member of the Nomination Committee. Ms. Meng has been appointed as a member of the Nomination Committee.
