RUIFENG RENEW (00527) announced that on May 25, 2026, its wholly-owned subsidiary successfully bid for and acquired the land use rights for a plot located in the Xuanhua District of Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province, China. The land was offered for public tender by the relevant local authority. The subsidiary and the tender organizer entered into a land listing confirmation on the same date. Following the requirements of the public tender process, the subsidiary is expected to sign a formal land use rights transfer contract by June 2026.
The total consideration for the land is 84.94 million yuan, determined based on the winning bid result from the public tender conducted in accordance with Chinese laws and regulations. The plot is situated north of Zhaochuan Town in Xuanhua District, comprising four contiguous parcels with a total area of approximately 144,840 square meters. Designated for industrial use, the land has a grant term of 50 years.
This land is specifically allocated for the first-phase construction of the Xuanhua Artificial Intelligence Computing Center, which serves as a core hub for the Group's computing power expansion. With strong market demand and intensifying competition in the computing power sector, large-scale, green computing clusters have become a key competitive advantage. Securing this contiguous industrial land provides crucial spatial support for the Group to build a leading inference computing cluster in North China, facilitating economies of scale and enhancing market competitiveness and profitability.
Located in a Zhangjiakou area rich in renewable energy resources, the site lays the foundation for developing a gigawatt-level green power direct-connection computing park. This supports the establishment of an integrated operational model combining "green power, computing power, and energy storage," effectively controlling costs and strengthening long-term competitive advantages.
The acquisition of these land use rights represents a significant step in the Group's transformation into a comprehensive green computing service provider. It is a key milestone in optimizing the business structure, cultivating new profit growth points, aligning deeply with national strategy, securing a leading position in the computing power industry, and building core competitive barriers, carrying profound strategic significance that aligns with the overall interests of the company and all shareholders.
Additionally, the company has applied for the resumption of trading of its shares on the Stock Exchange, effective from 9:00 a.m. on May 27, 2026.
