Jiangxi Bank clears all AGM resolutions; declares RMB0.34 cash dividend per 10 shares

Jiangxi Bank held its 2025 annual general meeting on 26 June 2026 in Nanchang, where shareholders endorsed all six ordinary resolutions and approved a final cash dividend of RMB0.34 (tax-inclusive) per 10 shares.

The AGM was attended—either in person or by proxy—by shareholders representing 3.11 billion shares, equal to 51.69% of the bank’s 6.02 billion issued shares and 57.12% of the 5.45 billion shares with voting rights. Each resolution secured well above the simple-majority threshold, with the highest level of support at 99.85% for the 2025 profit distribution plan and the lowest at 98.66% for the board and supervisory board work reports. The engagement of audit institutions for 2026 received 99.70% approval.

Dividend details: • Amount: RMB0.34 per 10 shares (RMB-denominated; tax inclusive). • Record date: 21 July 2026. • Payment date: 25 August 2026. • H-share holders will receive HKDdenominated payments converted at an average exchange rate of HKD1: RMB0.869674, translating to HK$0.390951 per 10 H shares.

The meeting was chaired by Board Chair Ms. Zeng Hui; nine of the bank’s eleven directors were present. Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited acted as the vote scrutineer alongside Grandall Law Firm (Nanchang), BDO China Shu Lun Pan Certified Public Accountants, the Audit Committee and shareholder representatives.
