2026年7月15日，叮当健康科技集团有限公司(09886)公告披露，公司于当日在香港联交所回购普通股10万股，占回购前已发行股本约0.007974%。本次回购的每股价格介乎每股0.91港元至0.92港元，成交量加权平均价为0.9152港元，合计耗资约9.15万港元。
本次回购完成后，公司已发行股份数量由1,254,067,897股降至1,253,967,897股，库藏股增至681,500股。根据公告显示，公司于2026年6月23日获股东大会通过回购授权，总回购配额为124,317,239股。截至目前，公司已回购3,541,000股，占授权通过日已发行股本约0.284836%。
公司在公告中确认，本次股份回购已获董事会正式授权并遵照相关上市规则及其他适用法律法规的规定办理，并已向相关机构递交必要文件。本公告由公司秘书林晓波签署。
