Kangda International Environmental Company Limited (Kangda Env, 06136) will convene an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, 17 September 2026, at Suite 6409, 64/F, Central Plaza, 18 Harbour Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong.
The sole ordinary resolution seeks shareholder approval for the board-proposed grant of 115.00 million share options to Chairman and Executive Director Du Lindong. The options, issued under the company’s share option scheme adopted on 9 June 2025, carry an exercise price of HK$0.73 per share and entitle Mr Du to subscribe for an equivalent number of ordinary shares with a par value of HK$0.01 each. Full exercise would generate gross proceeds of approximately HK$83.95 million. The board will be authorised to take all necessary actions to effect the grant and ensuing share issuance.
Shareholders recorded on the register by 4:30 p.m. on Friday, 11 September 2026 will be eligible to attend and vote. The register of members will be closed from 14 to 17 September 2026 (both days inclusive). All resolutions at the EGM will be decided by poll, and shareholders may appoint proxies to vote on their behalf. Contingency arrangements are in place for adverse weather conditions.
Kangda Env’s board currently comprises four executive directors—Du Lindong, Li Zhong, Liu Yujie and Duan Linnan—and three independent non-executive directors, namely Chau Kam Wing Donald, Peng Yongzhen and Liew Fui Kiang.
