Hong Kong stocks trimmed their losses in afternoon. The Hang Seng Index fell 0.8%, while the Hang Seng Tech Index dropped 0.3%.
In term of star stocks, Kuaishou rose 10%; Baidu rose 6%; Pop Mart rose 5%; Xiaomi rose 2%; Tencent, JD.com, and Alibaba fell 1%.
