2026年9月14日，上海复星医药(集团)股份有限公司（股份代号：02196）发布翌日披露报表公告，披露于当日于香港联交所场内回购145.5万股H股股份，涉及回购事宜。
本次回购股份数量为1,455,000股，占该次变动前已发行股本（不包括库藏股）约0.27%。回购价格介乎每股16.30港元至17.14港元，合计耗资约24,705,085港元（约2,470.51万港元）。本次回购完成后，公司已发行普通股本为536,112,500股，库存股份数从14,373,000股增至15,828,000股，总股本仍为551,940,500股。公司用于回购的授权于2026年6月16日经股东大会通过，授权总额54,097,150股，截至公告日公司已基于该授权累计回购股份4,859,000股，占授权通过当日已发行股本的0.9%。
公司确认，本次回购符合香港联交所主板上市规则及相关法例的规定，且公司此前公告中的相关信息未发生重大变动。公告由董事陈玉卿签署。
