International Business Settlement (00147) announced that as part of the group's investment strategy in cryptocurrency and related business development, the board has resolved to propose further acquisitions of Bitcoin within a two-month period, starting from the date of this announcement on October 16, 2025. The total consideration for the possible acquisition shall not exceed HKD 200 million, a figure determined in consideration of the group's financial condition.
