7Road Holdings Limited (7ROAD) has reported additional on-market share repurchases that have yet to be cancelled, according to its Next Day Disclosure Return filed on 26 May 2026.
Between 18 and 26 May 2026 the company bought back a total of 4.70 million ordinary shares, equal to approximately 0.17% of the 2.75 billion shares in issue before the transactions. Individual buybacks were executed as follows: • 18 May: 30,000 shares at HK$0.58 • 19 May: 30,000 shares at HK$0.55 • 20 May: 950,000 shares at HK$0.57 • 21 May: 604,000 shares at HK$0.58 • 22 May: 930,000 shares at HK$0.58 • 26 May: 2,156,000 shares in a single day’s trading at prices ranging from HK$0.60 to HK$0.62, for an aggregate HK$1.31 million.
Because none of the repurchased shares had been cancelled as of 26 May, 7ROAD’s issued share capital remained unchanged at 2.75 billion shares.
Cumulatively, the company has repurchased 10.16 million shares under the mandate approved on 20 May 2025, utilising 0.37% of the 275.32 million shares authorised for buyback.
Pursuant to Hong Kong listing rules, 7ROAD is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares until 25 June 2026 following the latest buyback activity.
