7月15日，云锋金融盘初飙涨逾20%！公司将战略布局数字货币、AI等领域。
7月14日，云锋金融公布，在现有保险与金融科技业务的基础上，将战略布局 Web3.0、现实世界资产 (RWA)、数字货币、ESG 零碳资产领域及人工智能(AI) 等前沿领域，以及探索上述前沿领域与集团保险公司的各项应用场景相连的创新。公告指，本计划将由集团内部资源提供资金，并根据集团业务发展情况、现金流情况、以及市场动态变化，适时检视及调整，并审慎作出投放。
资料显示，2015年，阿里巴巴创始人马云参与创立的云锋基金，通过控股附属公司JadePassion以26.8亿港元的价格认购香港上市券商瑞东集团56%股权，实现借壳上市。目前，云锋金融拥有香港证监会1、4、6、9号金融服务牌照，可以提供证券交易、证券咨询、机构融资咨询、资产管理等服务。
