蒙牛乳业（股票代码：02319）于2026年5月15日发布公告称，公司当日于香港联交所场内回购普通股22,000股，占公司当日已发行股本约0.0006%。本次回购的最高及最低回购价分别为每股17.35港元和17.33港元，总耗资约38.16万港元（合计381,590港元）。
公告显示，截至2026年5月15日，公司已发行股本仍为3,878,902,513股，库藏股数量为零。回购股份目前尚未注销。另据公告，公司于2025年6月12日获得购回授权，可回购股份总数为391,204,051股；至今，公司已根据该授权累计回购股份33,635,000股，占授权通过当日公司已发行股本的约0.86%。
公告还透露，本次回购活动已获董事会正式批准并遵守香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法例。公告由公司秘书郭伟昌签署。
