捷利交易寶金融科技有限公司（08017）于2026年1月27日发布翌日披露报表，公告回购1,036,000股普通股股份。该回购股份占回购前已发行股本约0.14%，每股回购价介乎于1.50港元至1.55港元，总金额约为1,578,360港元。
回购完成后，公司已发行股份总数维持在750,000,000股，其中流通股数量为714,000,000股，库存股数量增至36,000,000股。董事会曾于2025年8月20日通过股票回购授权，总可回购数量为63,071,200股，截至本次回购已累计回购36,000,000股。
公司同时确认，本次购回行为严格遵守香港联合交易所有限公司相关上市规则及法律规定，所有程序均获得董事会正式授权并履行必要程序。公告由执行董事刘勇签署。
