飞达控股于截至2015年12月31日止年度实现收入17.01亿元，较上一年度的14.74亿元增长，销售成本相应增至11.75亿元，毛利升至5.26亿元，毛利率为30.9%。其他收入为3,026.50万元，其他收益净额681.40万元。期间销售及分销成本为1.37亿元，行政开支2.49亿元，财务费用净额987.40万元。除所得税前溢利1.64亿元，扣减所得税开支3,759.50万元后，年内溢利为1.26亿元，其中本公司拥有人应占溢利1.18亿元，每股基本及摊薄盈利均为27.6043港仙。

按分部划分，制造业务在2015年的收入10.67亿元，分部溢利2.38亿元；贸易业务收入6.34亿元，分部溢利为-0.78亿元。同期综合全面收益总额1.41亿元，上一年度为0.53亿元。
