Metasurface repurchases 30,000 shares; issued float trimmed to 149.92 million

Metasurface Technologies Holdings Limited disclosed on 15 April 2026 that it repurchased 30,000 ordinary shares on 13 April 2026 through on-exchange transactions at prices ranging from HKD 2.98 to HKD 3.00 per share, for an aggregate consideration of HKD 0.09 million.

Following the buyback, issued shares excluding treasury shares declined from 149.95 million to 149.92 million, while treasury stock rose to 0.08 million. Total issued shares remain unchanged at 150.00 million.

The transaction forms part of a share-repurchase mandate approved on 30 June 2025, which authorises the company to buy back up to 15.00 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 80,000 shares, representing 0.053 % of the company’s issued share capital at the date of the mandate.

All repurchased shares are being held as treasury stock, and the company is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 13 May 2026.
