C-LINK SQ Shareholder Transfers HK$54.3 Million Stake from Futu to Future Securities

A recent filing with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange shows that on February 9, a shareholder of C-LINK SQ transferred shares from Futu Securities International (Hong Kong) to Future Securities. The transferred shares had a market value of HK$54.327 million, representing 7.56% of the company's shares. According to its interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2025, the group reported revenue of 55.511 million Malaysian ringgit from contracts with customers, an increase of 11.86% year-on-year. However, the shareholder's share of the loss was 165 million ringgit, shifting from a profit to a loss compared to the same period last year. The loss per share was 5.75 sen.
