芯片制造商 AMD周一同意以 30 亿美元的交易，将近期收购的 ZT Systems 的数据中心基础设施制造业务出售给新美亚电子（Sanmina），使这家合同制造商成为其构建人工智能计算系统的合作伙伴。
根据协议条款，Sanmina 将支付 22.5 亿美元现金，以及 3 亿美元溢价（其中 50% 为现金，50% 为股权）。
该交易还包括 4.5 亿美元的或有对价，具体金额取决于该业务未来三年的财务表现。
AMD 于 3 月以 49 亿美元完成对 ZT Systems 的收购，并已宣布计划剥离其服务器制造业务，一旦交易完成即行出售。
