Deson Dev Int’l Reports Stable Share Structure for March 2026; Public Float Above 25 % Threshold

Deson Development International Holdings Limited (Deson Dev Int’l) filed its monthly return with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, confirming that no changes occurred in either its authorised or issued share capital during March 2026.

• Authorised share capital remained at 5.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10, equivalent to HKD 500.00 million.

• Issued share capital held steady at 1.47 billion ordinary shares; the company continues to hold zero treasury shares.

• The board confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25 % as of 31 March 2026.

• Deson Dev Int’l registered no share option exercises, warrant conversions, or other equity-linked issuances in the period. The 2022 Share Option Scheme still allows for up to 146.68 million shares to be issued, but none are currently outstanding.

• No funds were raised from equity activities during the month.

The filing was signed by Company Secretary Lam Wing Wai, Angus and submitted on 1 April 2026.
