SITC International Holdings (1308) Reports 16.6% Revenue Growth and Updates on Share Scheme

SITC International Holdings Company Limited (1308) released unaudited operating statistics for the nine months ended 30 September 2025. Revenue rose 16.6% to approximately US$2,458.9 million, compared to US$2,108.5 million for the same period in 2024. Container shipping volume increased 7.8% year-on-year to 2,749,844 TEUs, while the average freight rate (excluding slot exchange fee income) climbed 9.2% to US$754.9 per TEU.

Regarding the 2024 Annual Report, an aggregate of 7,582,548 share awards were granted under the share scheme adopted on 26 April 2024. Of these, 2,220,000 share awards were granted to Directors and 1,445,000 share awards to employees and related participants, both satisfied by existing shares. A further 3,917,548 share awards to employees and related participants were satisfied by newly allotted and issued shares. As at the date of the Annual Report, 264,347,788 shares were available for issue under the share scheme, representing approximately 9.84% of the issued share capital of the company at that time.
