On March 11, Guangdong Guangqi Ruidian Equity Investment Partnership reduced its stake in CALB by selling 4.99 million shares. The transaction was priced at HK$27.83 per share, resulting in a total value of approximately HK$139 million. Following this sale, the partnership’s shareholding decreased to approximately 45.50 million shares, representing a 5.97% stake in the company.
