PARKSON GROUP (03368) announced that the Board of Directors has appointed Independent Non-Executive Director Dato' Hu Yaqiao and Non-Executive Director Dato' Sri Dr. He Guozhong as new members of the company's Remuneration Committee. The appointments will take effect from March 18, 2026.
