洲际船务集团控股有限公司（02409）7月20日收市后公告，其间接全资附属公司 Seacon Shipping Pte. Ltd. 与常石集团（舟山）造船有限公司签订两份造船合约，总代价为66百萬美元。
船舶A及船舶B均为约26,700总吨的散货船，预计分别于2028年及2030年建成。每艘船舶的代价为33百萬美元，付款将按建造进度分五期进行：签约时支付3.3百萬美元；签约满一年时支付3.3百萬美元；钢板切割时支付3.3百萬美元；下水时支付3.3百萬美元；交付时支付19.8百萬美元（可予以调整）。
公司称，代价参考公开市场上同类型船舶33至35百萬美元的交易价格，并考虑卖方的服务质量及行业声誉。资金来源将为集团内部资源及外部融资。买方履约由洲际船务提供全面担保，卖方履约由常石造船株式会社担保。
根据香港联交所上市规则第14章，两份合约须合并计算，相关收购事项的最高适用百分比率超过5%但低于25%，构成须予披露交易，需履行相应的申报及公告义务。
公司表示，此次购船有助于逐步淘汰旧船并扩充可调度船队，从而提升承接客户需求及竞争力。
