BII TRANS TECH (01522) announced that, effective January 28, 2026, Ms. Sun Fang and Mr. Fang Zhiwei have each resigned from their positions as non-executive directors; and Mr. Li Zheng and Mr. Wang Daomin have each been appointed as non-executive directors.
