百融云创 (于开曼群岛注册成立的不同投票权控制的有限公司，股份代号：06608) 于2025年12月17日发布翌日披露报表，披露已执行股份回购事项。
本次在香港联交所进行的回购数量为1,220,500股，占有关事件前现有已发行股份约0.2619%。回购价格区间介乎每股9.22港元至9.59港元，成交量加权平均价格约9.3573港元，合计支付总额约1142万港元。交易完成后，公司已发行股份总数维持394,459,849股，其中391,535,849股为流通股，2,924,000股为库藏股。
公司回购授权于2025年5月30日获股东决议通过，授权可回购上限为46,654,089股。截至该次回购，公司已累计回购3,535,000股。公司同时确认有关注册、法律及监管规定程序均已合规履行。
