TRUE PARTNER（08657）9月18日公告，公司董事会宣布，蕭月秋女士已辞任公司秘书及根据香港《公司条例》第16部及香港联交所GEM上市规则第24.05(2)条规定的法律程序文件代理人，生效日期为2026年9月18日。蕭女士确认与董事会并无意见分歧，亦无其他事宜需提请股东或香港联交所注意。
同日起，梁頴嫻女士获委任为公司秘书及法律程序文件代理人。公告披露，梁女士拥有逾18年公司秘书实务经验，现任卓佳专业商务有限公司公司秘书服务部董事；系特许秘书、特许治理专业人士，亦为香港特许公司治理公会及英国特许公司治理公会的资深会员，同时为香港会计师公会会员。董事会确认，梁女士符合GEM上市规则第5.14条所要求的专业资格或相关经验。
董事会对蕭女士任内的贡献表示感谢，并欢迎梁女士的加入。
