2026年3月24日，DYNAM JAPAN（股票代码：06889）公告披露，公司于当日回购普通股50万股，占回购前已发行股本约0.0721%，每股回购价在3.21港元至3.24港元之间，总代价约161.39万港元。
回购完成后，公司已发行股本总数保持696,443,096股，但其中692,963,496股为在外流通股，库藏股数目增至3,479,600股。回购授权于2025年6月24日获股东大会批准，当前公司授权可回购的股份总数为69,644,309股。
