Raffles Interior keeps issued share count steady at 1.00 billion and confirms public float compliance for June 2026

Raffles Interior Limited reported that its share capital structure remained unchanged for the month ended 30 June 2026.

• Authorised share capital stood at 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each, equivalent to HKD 100.00 million.

• Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) held firm at 1.00 billion, with no treasury shares on record. Consequently, total issued shares also stayed at 1.00 billion.

• The company affirmed compliance with the Hong Kong Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25% as at month-end.

• No movements were recorded in share options, warrants, convertibles, or other equity-linked instruments during the month. The 30 March 2020 share-option scheme still allows for up to 100 million shares to be granted in future, but none were outstanding or exercised in June.

• No funds were raised, and there were no share repurchases, cancellations, or transfers out of treasury.

The filing was signed by Executive Director Ding Hing Hui and submitted to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 2 July 2026.
