渣打集团有限公司(02888)于2026年10月2日发布翌日披露报表，公告公司就已发行股本开展股份回购事宜。
公告显示，2026年10月1日，渣打集团于伦敦证券交易所、CBOE BXE及CBOE CXE合计回购普通股359,730股（约35.97万股），占前一交易日公司已发行股本约0.0165%。回购价格介于每股22.10英镑至22.75英镑，合计支付对价约803.99万英镑。由于上述股份尚未注销，截至10月1日，公司已发行股本仍为2,176,054,780股，库藏股数为0股。
根据公告，渣打集团的本次回购系基于2026年5月7日股东周年大会通过的回购授权，公司可在一定条件下回购最多221,634,387股普通股。自上述特别决议案通过以来，渣打集团已在伦敦证券交易所、CBOE BXE及CBOE CXE累计回购证券39,340,906股，约占决议通过当日已发行股份总数的1.7750%。
